Nursery Smarties is situated in 2 adjacent buildings, one houses our Baby Unit (3 months - 2 years) and our Tweenies Room (2-3 years). The other building is home to our Pre-School Room and a nursery class run by the school Baby Unit This is in a large room where children have the freedom to play with a variety of resources. Activities to stimulate the children are carried out throughout the day. We follow your routine until 18 months when they will follow ours to prepare for Tweeenie Tweenie Room Our Tweenie Room is packed full of resources to aid their developement from puzzles & bricks to slides & seesaws. The children do lots of art & craft. There is a potty area & small toilets for children who are potty training & beds if they need to sleep Pre-School Room Our Pre-School follows the Early Years Curriculam. Activities are planned to encourage children's learning through play & without pressure. We have good partnerships with parents & like to involve them in their child's progress & events in the nursery. Out of School Club and Holiday Scheme The Playscheme plans its activities with the help of the children, allowing them to choose the types of activities they would like to do, with the emphasis on fun. The Playscheme offers excellent outdoor facilities and aims to provide a variety of activities. Nursery Sessions We offer morning and afternoon sessions as well as full days. Morning Session - 8am-1pm Afternoon Session - 1pm - 6pm We also offer flexi - sessions, which parents can book thier child in for extra sessions if required (subject to availability) Out of School Club Sessions Term Before School - 8am - 9am After school - 3pm - 6pm Day - Before & after school Holiday Morning Session - 8am-1pm Afternoon Session - 1pm-6pm School Session - 8.45am - 3.15pm Full day 8am - 6pm
